PROJECT REQUEST

  • The process begins with the Project Request form.

Provide the intended placement and approximate size, clear photographs of the body area, project direction, optional concept references, artistic alignment, and preferred months or locations.

Submitting a request does not require payment and does not reserve a date. After submission, you will receive confirmation that the project has entered review.
2

ARTISTIC REVIEW

  • Each project is reviewed individually for artistic alignment, placement, scale, technical feasibility, and the creative freedom required to produce the strongest result.

Selection is based on the relationship between the project and Pasha Ink’s visual language, not submission order.

If additional context, photographs, or clarification are required, the team will contact you before completing the review.
3

REVIEW OUTCOME & PROJECT SCOPE

  • Project alignment and calendar availability are evaluated separately.

If the project is accepted, you will receive a recommended scope, estimated number of sessions, and proposed timing or location. Adjustments to placement, scale, or direction may be recommended during this stage.

A Limited period indicates restricted availability but does not hold a date. A Waitlist selection registers interest for future scheduling. Neither status guarantees acceptance or availability.
4

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

  • Once the proposed scope and timing are accepted, reservation terms will be provided.

The reservation is secured only after the terms have been acknowledged and the required deposit has been received. This is the first point at which a session date is formally held.

Until confirmation is complete, proposed dates remain subject to availability.
5

PRE-SESSION PREPARATION

  • Following confirmation, you will receive the appointment details, studio information, arrival instructions, and preparation guidance.

A reminder will be sent before the scheduled date with the information required for a smooth session.

Please review the Pre-Care instructions in advance and notify the team if any relevant health or scheduling information changes.

DESIGN & PLACEMENT

  1. The final composition, scale, and visual treatment are developed by Pasha Ink within his Glitch Realism visual language.

At the studio, the approved project direction is reviewed in relation to the body. The design is tested at appropriate sizes and refined before the final placement is confirmed.

The submitted references provide creative context rather than a fixed composition to be reproduced.
7

TATTOO SESSION

  • Once the design and placement are confirmed, the skin and workstation are prepared for the session.

A full tattoo session typically lasts between 6 and 9 hours, including breaks. Work is completed in focused intervals of approximately 1 to 3 hours to maintain precision, quality, and comfort.

Water, snacks, and a meal are available throughout the session. Projects requiring multiple sessions continue according to the approved scope.
8

DOCUMENTATION & AFTERCARE

  • Once the session is complete, the skin is allowed to settle for approximately 15 to 20 minutes before final documentation.

A protective dressing is applied, and detailed aftercare instructions are provided by email and remain available on the website.

A high-quality video of the completed work is shared within the following days. Any public use of photographs or video is subject to separate permission.
